Qs. Why am I not receiving responses to my messages or queries?

Ans. We will try to get back to you if you have appropriately messaged us and used your valid official (organization) email address and valid phone number. Please note that as part of our Buyer and Seller Protection programs, we are NOT likely to respond to your message, if you have used an invalid phone number or an ineligible email address like public email (e.g. Gmail, Live, Outlook, Yahoo etc.) or a non-organization email.

For your Sell request, we will try to get back to you if our review finds that your domain is eligible as a premium domain on our marketplace at this point of time.

For your Buy request, we are NOT likely to get back to you if your price offer for our premium domain is unreasonable (e.g. too low). 

Qs. How long does a domain transfer take?

Ans. Less than 10 business days for most domains. On most occasions, it will be earlier. 

If the domain has been registered or transferred within 60 days, then additional 60 days are needed to complete the transfer as per international domain registration policy.

Qs. Can I pay in Bangladeshi Taka?

Ans. Yes, if you reside inside Bangladesh. 

Qs. How can I see domain prices in BDT Taka or USD Dollar?

Ans. On our website, you will see two floating buttons (black, blue) that mention “USD $” and “BDT t’. Click “BDT t” to see domain prices in BDT Taka or “USD $” to see domain prices in USD Dollar.

Qs. After receiving the domain ownership do I need to renew the domain on yearly basis.

Ans. Yes. Seller will transfer the domain ownership to you with 3 years renewal. So you won’t need to renew for the first 3 years. But after that you need to renew the domain with the domain register to keep the ownership as per international domain policy.
